I have no idea if this site is legal or not (my guess is no), but if you want free ringtones for your iPhone, check out Audiko. It lets you browse through music ringtones, other clips and even has a tool that lets you make your own. It's completely free and super easy to get to the ringtones onto your iPhone (download, open the file in iTunes and sync).
It's highly likely the site won't stick around for long, but if you want some ringtones for free, check it out. I'd normally not condone or suggest this, but due to not being able to use any of my songs as ringtones from the Canadian iTunes Store, why not -- besides, there's more than just music on the site.
